Jack Riewoldt jumps into elite company!

Star spearhead Jack Riewoldt has become just the fifth player in Richmond’s league football history to kick 50 goals or more in three consecutive years.

Riewoldt booted five goals in the Tigers’ 70-point victory over the Western Bulldogs at the MCG yesterday (Sunday) to take his 2012 season’s tally to 54, with three home-and-away rounds remaining.

The 23-year-old, who won the competition’s Coleman Medal in 2010 with 78 goals and followed up with 62 last year, is currently second on the league’s goalkicking table, behind Fremantle captain Matthew Pavlich, who has 57.

The other Richmond players, who have achieved the 50-goal feat three years in-a-row, are Jack Titus, Dick Harris, Michael Roach and Kevin Bartlett.
